No, by using our express checkout when ordering, you can shop at Wings&Halo without being registered.
How can I register?
By clicking on Sign In / Register on the top left corner of the page you will get to the registration form. After you have filled in all your personal information and approved the membership condition, press Sign Up.
What does it cost to be a member?
To register and be a member is free.
How do I use my voucher?
You can enter your voucher in the checkout when placing your order.
I forgot my password.
Click on the link Sign In / Register and enter your registered e-mail address to receive a new password to your e-mail.
I have moved – how do I edit the information I have registered?
In the settings tab in your account, you can edit all of your registered information. You can change your e-mail address, contact details and more.
How do I know what size I should choose?
You can find our instructions for measuring in each product page by the product detail tab. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
I have not received an order confirmation email.
Make sure to check that your e-mail address is correct. This is the most common reason for not receiving any e-mail. It may also be that your e-mail provider has a spam filter that blocks certain e-mails.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
No, you can order only what you want.
What charges apply when I shop on Wings&Halo?
The fees will be specified at checkout and depends on the chosen payment and delivery method. These are the only fees that Wings&Halo will apply to your order. Taxes and duties are calculated according to shipping destination and can viewed by selecting your country destination on checkout page.
My items are not stored in the cart.
In 99 cases out of 100, it is because your computer is set to not accept the so called cookies which it must be. Your username and your items are stored in cookies.
Can I change an order?
Yes, if the order status is still Open you can request your change by contacting us

Where can I view my orders?
You can view all your order information in the order tab in your account. Click on any order number to see detailed information about the order.
Will a sold-out item be re-stocked?
It depends on the item. To make a inquiry please contact us.
How do I know if my order has been successful?
Within a few minutes after you have placed your order, you will get an order confirmation e-mail sent to the registered e-mail address. If you do not receive any order confirmation it is usually because of the e-mail address. The address may be wrong, incomplete or your mailbox may be full or that the e-mail was blocked by a spam filter.
Do you have gift cards?

Can I have the order sent to an address other than my own?
Yes. You can specify your address in the checkout.
What happens if I do not collect my package?
If we receive package that have not been collected, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred in such return + handling costs. If you have more than 3 unclaimed packages your account number will be blocked.
I do not want to order online, is there any other way to buy?
Sorry. Currently we only offer our collection through our e-store.
Where is my order?
We always send a delivery confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address registered on the order. If you have not received your order within 10 days, it is because your order is back-ordered or delayed due to high demand. You probably have been notified about this then.
Can I return a item?

I have returned an order. How long does it take to receive my return package?
A return package is normally delivered to us within 5-8 days, depending on where it is sent from. It then takes an additional 5-8 days before the return is handled by us.

Why cannot I get any answer to my e-mail?
We aim to answer all e-mails within 24 hours. Unfortunately, it happens that our system do not work properly or that your e-mail does not arrive. Try e-mail us again
